A qualified caregiving consultant will meet with the client and/or family in order to evaluate the care needs. We will find the most compatible caregiver to match with the personality and needs of the client.

One of the biggest complaints we hear about large caregiving agencies is that they rotate different care aides throughout the week which is very upsetting and disorienting to the client and the family. Seniors like their life to have order and routine. Our objective is to keep the same caregiver with each client so there is consistency and familiarity in the relationship. A new care aide doesn’t have to be trained on the likes and dislikes and the regular routine of the client. That way the assigned caregiver and client can form a trusting bond that increases the wellness of the client. This, in turn, gives the family peace of mind knowing that their loved one is with a trusted professional providing them the tender loving care they deserve.

We are often told that our caregivers have become “like family”. It is not surprising that a great many of our clients come by word of mouth from other satisfied families that we have served!

One of our case managers will remain in regular contact with the client and caregiver either in person or by phone in order to assure that the client’s physical and emotional needs are being addressed.
